Job summary

International Game Technology (IGT) in Reno seeks an Operations Market Manager to drive hardware readiness and issue management across Global Distributed Gaming markets. You will coordinate hardware lifecycle activities, launch readiness, and governance with Product, Engineering, Manufacturing, PMO, Services, and Market Managers to ensure successful deployments and reduced risk.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, operations, engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in operations, program/project coordination, or related roles.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional programs without direct authority.
• Strong writing and verbal communication, plus executive-level status reporting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate hardware lifecycle activities and launch readiness across markets.
• Manage issue governance, action plans, risks, and escalation paths.
• Publish KPI dashboards and support executive status reporting.
• Document processes and support market launches and readiness reviews.
