International Game Technology (IGT) in Reno, NV is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support manufacturing operations, ensuring smooth material flow, production support, and cross-functional collaboration.

Reporting to the Area Supervisor, you will monitor production metrics, use SAP, MIS, MATRIX, and other systems, train staff, and propose process improvements while maintaining a commitment to reliability and safety.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1–3 years in a manufacturing, operations, or logistics environment.
  • Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Visio.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to pass a security background check.
  • Willing to work 6:30am–2:30pm with overtime as needed.
  • Experience with issue-tracking systems and ERP tools (Serena, SAP) preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate staffing assignments and support daily production goals.
  • Monitor and maintain efficient material movement and production flow.
  • Identify, investigate, and help resolve operational issues and root causes.
  • Track, monitor, and report production metrics, backlogs, and performance results.
  • Utilize SAP, MIS, MATRIX, and other business systems to support daily operations.
  • Create and manage cases for issue resolution and follow through to closure.
  • Support, train, and mentor employees on processes and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with established policies, procedures, and quality standards.
  • Recommend process improvements and support implementation efforts.
  • Assist with material returns, reconciliation activities, and inventory-related tasks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet operational objectives.

We are seeking an Logistics Coordinator to support manufacturing operations by ensuring efficient production flow, material movement, and cross‑functional coordination. Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

High school diploma, Associate's Degree or equivalent education

1 to 3 years of experience in a manufacturing, operations, or logistics environment

Strong commitment to attendance, punctuality, and reliability.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Visio.

The estimated starting compensation range for this role is $20/hr-$23/hr USD, based on a good‑faith assessment at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary. IGT complies with all applicable pay transparency and compensation laws and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable. Base pay is one component of IGT’s total rewards program. Depending on the role, employees may be eligible for bonus or commission opportunities.
