Job summary

International Game Technology (IGT) is seeking an Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Manager in Reno, NV to develop, implement, and continuously improve safety and environmental programs across manufacturing, office, and field service environments.

You will lead regulatory compliance with Nevada OSHA and federal standards, oversee incident investigations, hazard assessments, training, and cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Engineering, HR, and Supply Chain to embed safety into

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in EHS, Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of EHS experience in manufacturing or another regulated industry.
• Strong knowledge of Nevada OSHA, federal OSHA, EPA, and NDEP requirements.
• Experience managing regulatory inspections, compliance programs, incident investigations, and root cause analysis.
• CSP, CIH, CHMM, multi-site, or global EHS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain EHS programs aligned with OSHA, Nevada OSHA, environmental regulations, and IGT global standards.
• Manage regulatory reporting, documentation, inspections, audits, citations, and corrective actions.
• Conduct hazard assessments, investigate incidents, analyze trends, and implement risk-reduction initiatives.
• Oversee hazardous materials, waste management, environmental compliance, and sustainability efforts.
• Develop and deliver safety training, emergency preparedness plans, drills, and employee engagement programs.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, HR, Facilities, Supply Chain, and global EHS teams to integrate safety into business processes, facility changes, and equipment installations.
