Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in electrical/computer engineering or a similar field.
• 20+ years of engineering experience across design, verification and validation.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for global semiconductor hardware engineering initiatives focused on silicon ecosystem development (EDA vendors, IP, test chip programs) in support of MCU/SoC programs.
• Help align IP roadmap with the company’s long-term product roadmap.
• Collaborate with product, operations and SW groups to ensure on-time delivery and attainment of KPI targets.
