Renesas Electronics seeks a senior leader to run a global test organization for analog, mixed-signal, or power management products across regions, with a focus on capability, scale, and leadership development.
You will define test strategy across wafer sort, final test, characterization, and qualification; own test cost, drive capacity, and partner with Design, Product Engineering, Reliability, Quality, Operations and OSAT.
Predictable NPI execution and on-time production releases; achievement of test cost and margin targets; strong yield ramp and excursion response; capacity ready ahead of demand; retention and growth of top engineering talent.
