Job summary

Renesas Electronics Corporation is seeking a Director of Test Engineering to lead a global team responsible for test strategy and execution across wafer sort, final test, and characterization. You will own test cost targets, drive multisite scaling, and ensure manufacturing readiness while shaping next-gen ATE platforms.

The role requires 15+ years in semiconductor test with 8+ years of leadership, plus strong cross-functional collaboration across design, reliability, and operations.

Qualifications

  • 15+ years in semiconductor test engineering with leadership experience.
  • Bachelor's in Electrical/Computer Engineering; Master's preferred.
  • Proven record developing ATE solutions for analog/mixed-signal/power products.
