Job summary

Renesas Electronics seeks a senior leader to run a global test organization for analog, mixed-signal, or power management products across regions, with a focus on capability, scale, and leadership development.

You will define test strategy across wafer sort, final test, characterization, and qualification; own test cost, drive capacity, and partner with Design, Product Engineering, Reliability, Quality, Operations and OSAT.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in semiconductor test engineering
• 8+ years leading engineering teams and managers
• Proven record releasing ATE solutions into high-volume manufacturing

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the test strategy across wafer sort, final test, characterization, and qualification
• Own test cost: drive test time reduction, multisite scaling, and hardware efficiency
• Engage early in product planning to shift DFT and production readiness left
• Partner with Design, Product Engineering, Reliability, Quality, Operations and OSAT throughout the product lifecycle
• Drive rapid resolution of yield excursions, test escapes, and customer returns with root cause analysis
