Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years of experience in a management consulting, sales operations, business strategy or corporate advisory role.
• Experience managing senior stakeholder relationships and working cross-functionally within global organizations.
• Ability to understand and articulate the “big picture" to executive teams, while maintaining exceptional attention to execution details.
• Excellent program management skill with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Executive communication skills with ability to effectively facilitate complex meetings with executives and business partners across multiple functions in an organization.

Responsibilities

• Partner with GBO and GTM leadership to deliver high-priority strategy projects and manage executive communications.
• Drive the end-to-end annual planning lifecycle and shape the agenda for executive meetings.
• Align objectives across Finance, PeopleOps, and Communications to ensure unified execution.
• Advocate for existing initiatives and lead change management with fresh perspectives.
• Identify challenges and opportunities with senior leadership and drive action across the business.
