Job summary

Wrike is seeking a Director of Go-To-Market Operations to lead a global team and own revenue planning, quota setting, and territory design. This remote role requires coordinating with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing leadership to drive growth and optimize the revenue engine.

You will partner with executive leadership, steer planning cycles, and oversee end-to-end GTM processes while managing a team across multiple time zones.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in Business Operations, Revenue Operations, or GTM Operations within B2B SaaS.
• Proven People Leadership with global teams across time zones.
• Strong knowledge of SaaS unit economics, quota setting, and annual planning processes.
• Ability to partner with Sales, Marketing, and CS leadership at executive level.
• Experience operating in high-growth, execution-oriented environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead global GTM Operations team across Sales, CS, and Marketing.
• Own revenue planning, quota setting, and territory design.
• Partner with executive leadership to drive retention, bookings, and lifecycle optimization.
• Facilitate recurring operational cadences with executive stakeholders to improve velocity.
• Oversee commercial execution, coordinating with Legal, Finance, and Deal Desk.
