Job summary

ElevenLabs, a fast-growing AI research and product company, is seeking a Global Onboarding & Enablement Operations Program Manager to lead onboarding, ensuring a consistent, engaging start for new GTM hires and building scalable processes across regions.

You will structure planning, delivery and measurement of enablement, manage OKRs and roadmaps, and collaborate with GTM, RevOps, Product Marketing and People to turn priorities into well-run programs that deliver business impact.

Qualifications

• Experience running onboarding, training or enablement in fast-moving GTM environment.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
• Experience developing training materials and e-learning content.
• Experience building team operations, such as OKR and roadmap tracking.
• Experience building or maintaining dashboards and reporting processes.
• Familiarity with LMS such as WorkRamp.
• Hands-on experience applying AI tools to automate repetitive tasks and improve processes.
• Creative, curious approach to problem-solving and initiative to improve existing ways of working.

Responsibilities

• Own GTM onboarding: manage cohorts end to end for consistency across regions.
• Develop and maintain learning content using training materials and e-learning modules.
• Coordinate certifications and enablement launches with milestones and follow-ups.
• Measure programme performance with dashboards and OKRs, note gaps and opportunities.
• Own Enablement operations: track OKRs, roadmaps and team rhythms, manage dependencies.
• Support major enablement events such as Sales Kick-Off with coordination and run of show.
