Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. seeks a GTM specialist to drive enablement and sales acceleration for the Open Data for AI portfolio, including Project Avalanche (Iceberg) and SageMaker Unified Studio.

You will own worldwide programs, create enablement content, and work with Product Marketing, SA teams, and partners to scale the Avalanche motion globally. The role requires program management, business development, or pre-sales experience with data lakes, open table formats, analytics, and AI.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience.
• 5+ years working with Data & AI related technologies (AI/ML, GenAI, Analytics, Database, Storage).
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience influencing leadership decisions at the organizational level.
• Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams and coordinating release schedules.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to business and technical audiences.
• Experience presenting to technical and non-technical executives.

Responsibilities

• Design, manage, and optimize sales plays and programs; set goals, timelines, and track pipeline influence.
• Own Sales play execution for the Open Data for AI portfolio; define plays, create content, and track performance across geographies.
• Develop and deliver enablement (webinars, roadshows, hands-on workshops, events); analyze revenue and sentiment metrics to prioritize topics.
• Collaborate with Avalanche GTM and field specialists to position Iceberg formats as data foundation for AI.
• Report program status and strategic recommendations to senior leadership with pipeline metrics and resource guidance.
• Design and deploy AI-powered productivity tools to automate workflows across the team.
