Job summary

Databricks is seeking a motivated Manager to join the Strategy & Operations team to strengthen product-focused planning and execution, provide strategic analysis, and instill operational thoughtfulness in our GTM teams. You will partner with Sales, Field Engineering, Product, Finance, and others to support Genie and AI product lines, build data foundations, and report on health of business reviews.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of strategy & operations experience in enterprise SaaS or related fields.
• Leadership to support VP-level GTM stakeholders and own major business elements.
• Strong analytical problem solving with root-cause analysis.
• Familiarity with AI/data tools for analysis, visualization, and automation.
• Comfort with ambiguity in a Go-to-market engine and scaling initiatives.
• Ability to present findings to exec level with concise storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic business partner for Sales and Field Engineering leadership.
• Lead executive analyses, strategies, and deliverables (board materials, QBR).
• Provide operational visibility and performance tracking against targets (weekly reviews).
• Generate deep-dives into performance trends with actionable outcomes.
• Spearhead GTM operations for new products/partnerships with reporting and insights.
• Drive GTM changes to scale new initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Inform product roadmap with field input and quantitative analysis.
• Improve GTM visibility into product roadmap and releases.
• Guide annual GTM planning, budgeting, and headcount planning.
