Job summary

Wiz is seeking a Head of GTM Enablement to architect and scale our global field and partner enablement teams. You will own 100% operational qualification across field reps and partner networks, ensuring reps can independently deliver our core narrative and platform value.

You will lead change management, playbook development, and AI-enhanced learning, partnering with Product to leverage Merlin for just-in-time delivery to the field.

Qualifications

• Proven track record scaling enablement or GTM strategy in enterprise B2B SaaS.
• Ability to guide large field organizations through product portfolio shifts.
• Experience leading distributed global teams across central, regional and partner-facing units.
• Deep knowledge of MEDDPICC and AI/automation to scale knowledge delivery.
• Focus on tangible outcomes like ramp velocity, field qualification, and play adoption.

Responsibilities

• Scale and lead the global field enablement organization and partner enablement network.
• Develop change management strategies for new sales motions and messaging standards.
• Create an agile, sprint-based operating model for rapid updates aligned with product innovation.
• Codify playbooks and qualification frameworks into templates and reviews.
• Coach frontline managers and ensure reps are certified to execute narratives.
