Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in high growth startups, consulting, or similar background.
• Data-driven: comfortable with data and willing to work in analytics platforms.
• Experience presenting and teaching groups of various sizes.

Responsibilities

• Own GTM onboarding, role upskilling, and internal process training.
• Drive enablement for the GTM department and develop relationships.
• Create and own continuous training programs to improve team productivity.
