Job summary

The U.S. Pharmacopeial Convention (USP) is seeking a Senior Director, Global Go-to-Market to design and govern a unified global commercial operating model.

You will lead transformation across direct and indirect channels, partnering with regional teams to drive consistency and growth. This role requires a seasoned leader who can navigate a complex matrix, negotiate with distributors, and align strategies with finance, legal, and supply chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, supply chain, engineering, or related field.
• 12+ years in commercial leadership roles, ideally in global GTM, channel management, or operations.
• Proven track record managing complex distributor networks across regions.
• Strong negotiating, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the global GTM strategy across direct and indirect channels.
• Establish a global GTM governance framework with regional alignment.
• Lead complex distributor negotiations and manage relationships.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Operations to ensure scalable models.
• Define KPIs, dashboards, and continuous improvements for GTM effectiveness.
