Job summary

Security Industry Specialists, Inc. (SIS) is seeking a Global Security Operations Center Coordinator to support safety, customer service and security for corporate locations worldwide.

You will monitor GSOC staff and client sites, aiming to reduce risk and improve responses to incidents. You will partner with the GSOC Management team to develop security standards, training and practices, manage staff and vendors, audit caseloads, and coordinate project management across the Fusion Center and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 3+ years of equivalent work experience in Military, Law Enforcement, Government, Corporate Security.
• Must complete and maintain state Guard Certification as prescribed by state law and client certifications.
• 2–3 years of prior GSOC/TOC experience.
• Experience with security systems including alarm monitoring, access control, CCTV, AI Detection.
• Experience using OSINT in a corporate security or GSOC environment.
• Certifications in drone operations and management systems.
• Strong communication, time management, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate existing capabilities and identify improvement opportunities.
• Supervise day-to-day GSOC operations and shift management.
• Institute quality control across personnel, processes, and technology.
• Create measurable reporting on alarms, incidents, cargo tracking and performance metrics.
• Prepare incident reports and document in SIS systems.
• Serve as primary contact to ensure high-quality customer service and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and strengthen processes; empower team to manage incidents and escalations.
• Provide back-up, support, and on-call coverage as needed.
• Review multiple systems to detect potential risks and respond to incidents.
