Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 12+ years manufacturing experience with 7+ years in operations planning, supply chain, procurement, or strategy.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
• US work authorization is required; visa sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategy for scheduling, product placement and work transfer to meet delivery expectations.
• Lead production rationalization to optimize methods, production, supplies and transportation.
• Assess and manage shipping plans by plant or customer to achieve delivery forecasts and internal revenue targets.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define growth strategy for products in the market segment.
• Ensure market analysis and demand forecasting are thorough for strategy support.
• Lead decisions on new production placement across global locations within the Business Unit.
