Job summary

Amazon's Worldwide Global Selling team builds the products and programs that help sellers grow their businesses across Amazon's global marketplace network. The Selection PM owns the growth engine that makes this work, identifying products with cross-border demand, activating them to buyable status, and driving selection quality across GfD markets.

This high-ownership role requires comfort with ambiguity, ownership of an evolving roadmap, and collaboration with science, data teams and Seller

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience.
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
  • Experience with end to end product delivery.
  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
  • Experience as a product manager or owner.
  • Experience owning technology products.

Responsibilities

  • Selection Recruitment: Define and drive the funnel that identifies eligible ASINs across the CN-origin FBA catalog, scores them for cross-border demand potential, and recruits sellers to enroll.
  • Buyable ASIN Activation: Own the pipeline that turns enrolled ASINs into live, buyable, discoverable selection across GfD markets.
  • Selection Quality: Own the selection productivity funnel end to end — from enrolled ASIN to first sale.
  • Demand Intelligence & Scoring: Partner with science and data teams to build and refine the signals that predict cross-border demand potential.
  • Seller-Facing Tooling: Collaborate with NGS and SX PMs to build the Seller Central surfaces that help sellers understand which products to expand globally, what's blocking their selection, and what to do next.
