Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Familiarity with selection management systems or retail technology platforms.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management training.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders across category management, in-stock, merchandising, and operations to support selection decisions.
• Lead cross-functional coordination for selection initiatives and manage complex stakeholder workstreams.
• Conduct selection analysis to identify assortment gaps and optimization opportunities.
• Build scalable processes for selection governance and program health tracking.
• Support ad hoc selection projects with structured coordination across teams.
• Own capacity updates and seasonal selection efforts.
• Develop project tracking mechanisms and reporting cadences for visibility.
• Collaborate with platforms and tech teams to ensure data integrity and alignment.
