Job summary

Amazon’s Worldwide Grocery Stores (WWGS) Central Selection team seeks a seasoned program manager to govern selection strategy and execution across the grocery banners. You will partner across category management, operations, and technology to ensure differentiated customer experiences and drive bold assortment decisions.

Leverage analytics to identify gaps, manage multiple workstreams, and deliver clear recommendations to leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
• Familiarity with selection management systems, assortment planning tools, or retail technology platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders across category management, in-stock, merchandising, and operations to support selection decisions across WWGS banners.
• Lead cross-functional coordination for selection initiatives, aligning timelines and delivering updates.
• Conduct analysis to identify assortment gaps and optimization opportunities with clear leadership recommendations.
• Build scalable processes for selection governance with data-driven risk identification.
• Support ad hoc selection projects requiring structured coordination and project management.
• Own capacity updates and seasonal selection efforts.
• Develop project tracking and reporting cadences for visibility across workstreams.
• Collaborate with selection platforms and technology teams to ensure data integrity and operational alignment.
