Job summary

Amazon Shipping is seeking a Business Leader for Cross Border Shipping to define and scale the commercial strategy, including go-to-market, pricing, and customer acquisition. You will own the program enablement and work with Product/Tech to build scalable cross-border capabilities across customs, compliance, and multi-country operations.

You will lead PM and program leadership, partner with regional teams, and drive continuous improvement in customer experience across all lanes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product or program management or related fields.
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and end-to-end delivery.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience with tradeoffs and product delivery.
• Experience as product manager or owner.

Responsibilities

• Define and scale commercial strategy for cross-border shipping.
• Lead program enablement from pilot to general availability.
• Collaborate with Product and Technology to translate requirements.
• Drive operational excellence and compliance across lanes.
• Partner with Operations, Sales, Legal, and Finance on governance.
