Amazon is seeking a data-driven Product Leader to shape Global Seller Experience, drive AI product strategy, and lead cross-functional teams across CN and global partners. The Global Selling team is responsible for recruiting local businesses to sell on Amazon's 19+ overseas marketplaces, and supporting local Sellers' success and growth on Amazon. Our vision is to be the first choice for all types of Chinese business to go globally.

The Global Selling PMO team collaborates with multiple Amazon global teams to support the high-growth global selling business, continuously identify new opportunities, and drive new initiatives through design, development, launch, and post-launch management. We are seeking a talented, data driven, and proven Product Leader to support Global Selling team in Asia, with stakeholder teams worldwide across various functions. The Product leader will be a key person to shape Global Seller Experience and drive Seller growth and success. The ideal candidate should be able to work in a cross functional, fast-paced environment; have strong product management and communication skills, and proven experience on team management.

Key job responsibilities

Product Strategy & Development

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI products in compliance domains
• Identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities
• Design and launch AI-powered solutions that reduce friction and improve Seller experience
• Drive measurable improvements in efficiency, automation, and decision quality
• Lead continuous product optimization using experimentation, data insights, and user feedback.

Technical Leadership

• Partner with data science and engineering teams to design, build, and scale AI/ML and LLM-based solutions.
• Define clear technical requirements, success metrics, and guardrails for AI-powered features and workflows.
• Oversee end-to-end execution cycles, ensuring on-time delivery, reliability, and strong business outcomes.
• Champion data-informed decision making across product initiatives, leveraging experimentation and A/B testing where appropriate.

Stakeholder Management

• Lead cross-functional collaboration between central product/program teams, tech teams, operations, legal/compliance, and external partners.
• Communicate product strategy, roadmap, and impact clearly to senior leadership, including trade-offs and decision rationale.
• Drive alignment and change management across CN and global teams, ensuring scalable adoption of AI solutions.
• Influence stakeholders at multiple levels to remove roadblocks and accelerate delivery.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
• Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
• Experience managing technical products or online services
• Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
• Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and English, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders in both languages.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in large teams or at a national/multinational organization, or experience communicating complex information and solutions to senior stakeholders and influencing decisions
• Experience developing, deploying and managing AI products at scale
• Master's degree or above in management, business administration, economics, engineering, marketing
• Experience in retail or e-commerce, particularly in a global or cross-border context.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
