Qualifications

• Experience with onboarding optimization and channel-specific journeys.

Responsibilities

• Optimize onboarding and activation across channels.
• Improve channel-level conversion and paywall journeys.
• Lead A/B testing and data-driven decision making.
• Develop lifecycle campaigns for retention and re-engagement.
• Scale paid, organic, viral, and partnerships growth loops.
• Own instrumentation, funnel strategy, and performance reporting.
• Collaborate with founders, marketing, and engineering.
