Job summary

Midi Health is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Growth to drive patient growth from discovery to first visit. You will define the growth roadmap, run experiments, and collaborate with Marketing, Design, Engineering and Data to optimize conversion, activation and retention.

Hybrid role in Palo Alto or San Francisco (2 days in office). Base salary range 160K–200K, plus equity and benefits. Requires US work authorization; no visa sponsorship at this time.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years building consumer-facing products and owning growth metrics.
• Experimentation, data fluency, hypothesis-driven development, A/B testing and funnel analysis.
• Strong UX knowledge, onboarding and checkout flow impact on conversion and retention.
• Experience partnering with Marketing on acquisition, lifecycle programs and channel experiments.
• Understanding of how acquisition channels, onboarding and lifecycle communications affect retention and LTV.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority and communicate tradeoffs clearly.
• Healthcare or healthtech experience is a plus for privacy and compliance considerations.

Responsibilities

• Own the Growth Roadmap: define and execute a growth-focused roadmap across acquisition, onboarding, and activation.
• Run an experimentation program: design, launch, and interpret A/B tests to inform product decisions.
• Improve conversion and retention: apply UX best practices and funnel analysis to reduce drop-offs.
• Cross-functional leadership: partner with Marketing, Design, Engineering, and Data to align on priorities.
