Job summary

Airbnb is seeking a Sr. Programs & Business Operations Lead to drive the global expansion of new travel-adjacent services.

You will co-develop strategies and lead cross-functional teams across engineering, design, marketing and legal to take concepts to launch and scale. You will build programs, processes, and KPIs, and leverage SQL-driven analyses to size opportunities, inform decisions, and accelerate time-to-market in diverse geographies.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate across Business Operations, Market Management and Product, aligning engineering, design, marketing and legal.
• SQL-driven data extraction, build financial models, size opportunities and set KPIs for fast iterations.
• Evaluate supply strategies and partnerships to speed time-to-market and scale.
• Identify bottlenecks, plan contingencies, and drive process improvements for efficiency.
