Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of work experience in data modeling, analytics, and project management in a dynamic entrepreneurial environment.
• World-class written and verbal communication with the ability to present at all levels succinctly.
• Proven track record of influencing cross-functional stakeholders using qualitative and quantitative insights.
• Ability to balance deep analysis with context within broader company strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate weekly cross-functional project meetings with field and online operations, marketing, product, and legal.
• Analyze macro and micro trends and present insights and actionable plans to country and regional leadership.
• Support senior leaders on strategic projects, coordinating with local country, regional teams as needed.
• Own end-to-end conception, execution, and measurement of cross-functional initiatives across demand, supply and regulatory surfaces.
