Job summary

Pacific American Fish Co Inc in Vernon, California, a $700MM+ global seafood manufacturer, is seeking a Managing Director to provide strategic and operational leadership, drive sustainable growth, profitability, and excellence across the organization.

You will oversee key functions including operations, sales, supply chain, and finance; build strong relationships with customers and suppliers; and lead a high-performing management team to ensure rigorous execution of the company’s strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher. MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience.
• Proven P&L and general management experience.
• Experience in seafood, food manufacturing, or distribution preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead corporate strategy and overall performance.
• Oversee operations, sales, supply chain, finance, and organizational effectiveness.
• Drive revenue growth, profitability, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
• Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and business partners.
