Job summary

Sunfish in Playa Vista, Los Angeles, is seeking a Head of Operations to align planning, prioritization, and execution as the company grows. You will partner with the CEO and leaders to coordinate company planning, operating cadence, KPI management, cross-functional initiatives, and SOPs.

Reporting to the CEO, you will convert strategy into actionable plans, define ownership, and ensure progress. This hands-on leader will drive performance, optimize revenue operations, build scalable processes,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or MBA in business or related field.
• Experience in an early-stage, venture-backed startup.
• Demonstrated experience with KPI management and cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong analytical and financial skills, including modeling and scenario analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead company planning and performance with clear priorities, targets, owners and dependencies.
• Design and facilitate operating cadence, KPI reviews and leadership planning forums.
• Synthesize performance data to provide insights for leadership and board discussions.
• Program-manage high-priority cross-functional initiatives with clear objectives, owners, milestones.
• Coordinate product launches and operating model changes across the organization.
• Oversee Revenue Operations and Business Operations teams with defined metrics and playbooks.
