Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
10+ years of experience in the Aerospace and Defense industry.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to listen deeply and frame customer problems.
Proven ability to foster long-term professional relationships and drive bookings.
Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing opportunity funnels.
Strategic thinker with experience developing and pressure-testing hypotheses through customer and market intelligence.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage customer relationships by understanding priorities, challenges, and value.
Identify, qualify, and track opportunities while accounting for DoD budget timing and contracting processes.
Lead cross-functional collaboration to develop differentiated solutions to complex customer problems.
Gather and document customer and market intelligence to inform business strategy and internal priorities.
Prepare and deliver effective presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
Drive actions that strengthen competitive differentiation, improve margins, and increase bookings.
