Lightning AI is seeking a Head of Global Growth Marketing to architect and scale our global demand engine, aligning portfolio value with market opportunity and driving pipeline. You will lead strategy, ABM, and multi-channel execution across digital, webinars, email, web, and emerging formats.

This is a strategic leadership role reporting to the CMO, with remote US eligibility and preference for SF/NY offices.

Qualifications

• 15+ years experience building and scaling B2B demand generation and growth marketing in high growth tech companies.
• Deep understanding of complex B2B buying journeys and ABM in multi-stakeholder environments.
• Experience with product-led/self-service motions for developers and end users.
• Testing mindset and ability to turn learnings into repeatable programs and investments.
• Analytical and financial acumen with attribution, pipeline modeling, budgets, and vendor management.
• Strong business acumen and executive presence with cross-functional leadership.
• Hands-on leader who can build scale from 0 to N.

Responsibilities

• Own and scale the marketing growth strategy and multi-channel demand engine.
• Lead digital demand campaigns across webinars, email, web, nurture, and new formats.
• Build and scale ABM programs across priority accounts coordinating with sales and events.
• Partner with MarketingOps, SalesOps, RevOps to optimize targeting, scoring, and pipeline reporting.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing to define campaigns, offers, and audiences for demand.
• Develop Product Led Growth funnels to increase signups, purchases, and usage.
• Establish experimentation and AI-native automation across channels and pages.
• Hire and mentor a high-performing, creative team across digital channels and ABM.
