Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience, including significant senior leadership responsibility.
• Proven success leading a large, global growth, demand, revenue, or integrated marketing organization.
• Deep understanding of enterprise buying decisions, buying committees, long sales cycles.
• Experience setting go-to-market strategy and leading cross-functional growth initiatives.
• Strong experience providing strategic direction to ABM leaders and cross-functional partnerships.
• Demonstrated ability to engage enterprise buyers and senior internal stakeholders.
• Experience overseeing analytics, performance measurement, and MarTech strategy.
• Experience applying AI in marketing, including working with AI agents and enablement.

Responsibilities

• Set Rocket Software’s global growth marketing strategy with measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes.
• Lead a global organization spanning ABM, insights, analytics, performance, and marketing tech.
• Advise the executive team on market opportunities, buyer behavior, and growth investments.
• Sponsor cross-functional initiatives to address growth opportunities and remove barriers.
• Represent Growth Marketing with the executive team, providing recommendations and performance insights.
