Monzo is seeking a senior leader in Global Operations to shape the GCOO agenda, align UK Ops, EU Ops and Controls, and translate bold ambitions into measurable actions with leadership buy-in.

You will own the operating model, budgeting, forecasting, and governance, deliver high-impact projects, and provide clear executive storytelling for board updates and regulatory plans. This role requires deep fintech experience, proven execution, and exceptional collaboration across functions.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience operating at a senior strategic level in fintech or complex operational environments.
• Proven ability to turn strategy into executable projects with delivery to time and quality.
• Strong storytelling and governance skills for executive-level updates.

Responsibilities

• Shape and own the GCOO strategy across UK Ops, EU Ops and Controls.
• Lead goal-setting processes to align sub-functions with overall objectives.
• Partner with Finance for budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting.
