This full-time role reports to the Director of Product Management and requires leadership, market insight, and the ability to convert opportunities into actionable business cases that advance Molex’s portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, marketing, or a related discipline.
• Progressive experience in business development, product management, strategic marketing, or sales leadership.
• Demonstrated people leadership across a team.
• Experience building growth strategies in a global, cross-functional environment.
• Ability to build executive-level customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead business growth and market development for the Networking segment globally, with 25% travel.
• Identify and prioritize high-value growth opportunities across automotive OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and partners.
• Build a strong pipeline with clear priorities, milestones, and ownership.
• Develop coordinated pursuit strategies for key customers and platforms.
• Drive regional diversification by expanding Molex relationships in targeted accounts.
