Job summary

Northwood is building a global ground-station network and seeks a Fleet Operations & Reliability Engineer to own uptime and performance. You will oversee operations, telemetry interpretation, incident response, and field campaigns across sites, with opportunities to develop automation for monitoring and response.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Aerospace engineering.
• Experience building, testing, operating, or diagnosing complex electrical or mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Own fleet uptime and performance across a global antenna network.
• Operate and grow the Network Operations Center and monitor site health.
• Lead hardware deployment campaigns at remote sites worldwide.
• Drive root cause analysis and implement systemic fixes.
• Scale contractor ecosystem with onboarding and SLA management.
• Collaborate with product, manufacturing, and test teams for reliability.
