Jobgether SRL seeks a Grid Strategy & Operations Leader in the United States. You will shape grid integration strategy across wind turbine portfolios, guiding a team of Product and Program Managers and aligning engineering with commercial priorities and customer value.

You’ll own the technology roadmap and drive commercialization of grid capabilities. The role requires leading cross-functional teams, interfacing with utilities and regulators, and delivering milestones aligned with product

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of relevant professional experience in grid/energy sectors.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Experience leading engineering projects and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to translate technical requirements into strategic priorities and customer value.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team of Product and Program Managers for grid integration and related software.
• Define and drive global grid integration strategy with market and regulatory insights.
• Own multi-generation tech roadmap and prioritize feature development.
• Interface between commercial and engineering teams to align priorities.
• Engage with utilities, grid operators, regulators, and customers to represent capabilities.
