The role spans strategy, portfolio management, pricing, and customer engagement to deliver sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Progressive leadership in a global industrial or tech business.
• Experience turning strategy into operating priorities and results.
• Experience leading product management and portfolio strategy.
• Strong commercial orientation with pricing and channel strategy.
• Experience partnering with R&D and engineering to build roadmaps.
• Ability to manage complex global operations and trade-offs across growth, investment, productivity and profitability.
• Experience leading organizations through significant change, transformation or restructuring.
• Proven ability to attract, develop and retain high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Set global EPM strategy and own the P&L.
• Define product and technology roadmap with lifecycle management.
• Lead a customer-first commercial strategy and strengthen funnel management.
• Improve quality, delivery, productivity and profitability with operations and supply chain.
• Lead and develop a diverse global team and strengthen leadership and talent pipeline.
