Thermo Fisher Scientific seeks a Senior Director/General Manager to lead the Purification strategic business segment within the BioProduction Group. You will shape global portfolio strategies, define innovation roadmaps, and drive market expansion while managing a comprehensive P&L.

Working with R&D, business development, and global sales, you’ll translate strategy into actionable programs, oversee product development and commercialization of consumables and solutions, and build high-performing

Qualifications

• Advanced degree with 6+ years in product management, marketing, business development, or sales
• 6+ years of general management experience with P&L responsibility
• Experience managing $325M+ business segments
• Global, cross-functional team leadership experience
• Deep understanding of product commercialization for research/clinical markets
• Ability to travel 25-30%
• Strong executive communication and presentation skills
• Regulated environments experience preferred
