Join us as a Senior Director/General Manager to lead the Purification strategic business segment within the BioProduction Group at Thermo Fisher Scientific. In this key role, you’ll develop global portfolio strategies, define innovation roadmaps, and lead market expansion while managing a comprehensive P&L. You'll oversee product development and commercialization across consumables and solutions that enable groundbreaking scientific research and clinical applications.
Working with cross-functional teams, you'll develop and execute business strategies to achieve growth and profitability targets. You'll partner closely with R&D to advance new product development, collaborate with business development on strategic partnerships and acquisitions, and ensure successful commercialization through our global sales and marketing teams.
This role offers the opportunity to create meaningful impact by leading product innovation, enhancing operational excellence, and developing high-performing teams. You'll build strategic relationships with key opinion leaders and customers while working to expand our market presence and deliver solutions that help our customers make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer.
The salary range estimated for this position based in Massachusetts is $212,000.00–$305,000.00.
