Keysight Technologies is seeking a General Manager (GM/SM) for Aerospace Defense Custom Solutions (ADCS) in Loveland, Colorado. This role has full P&L accountability for a $200M business and leads ~200 professionals across multiple sites, delivering semi-standard and custom solutions to aerospace and defense customers.

The candidate will own strategy, customer engagement, order generation, and solution delivery, requiring 10–15+ years in leadership with a deep AD ecosystem background.

• Strong Aerospace/Defense ecosystem knowledge
• Understanding of solutions business operations
• Experience in electrical & software engineering solution development
• Experience in electrical & software engineering solution integration & delivery
• P&L experience with dynamic orgs

• Strong leadership, mentoring and evaluation skills
• Ability to establish customer executive relationships
• US citizen and security clearance preferred
