Job summary

Namely is seeking a leader to build its aerospace & defense business from the ground up. You will own the P&L and execute strategies for customer acquisition and partnerships.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing P&L, negotiations with government customers, and a strong understanding of AI. The role allows for remote work within the U.S. and includes competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience owning P&L for a business unit or major program.
• Proven track record of taking products from 0 to 1 and ideally 0 to 10.
• Ability to engage with a range of stakeholders including government customers.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute the strategy for aerospace & defense customer acquisition.
• Own the P&L for the aerospace & defense business.
• Identify and manage strategic partnerships to accelerate customer acquisition.
