Job summary

GE Aerospace Grand Rapids seeks a Sr Services Leader for Military Avionics to own end-to-end P&L and grow the military aftermarket portfolio. You will lead a global team, set a customer-driven strategy, and partner with Operations and Supply Chain to deliver safe, high-quality outcomes.

The role requires 5+ years in Avionics/Aerospace, product/program management, and proven people leadership. An AI-savvy mindset and collaboration across airframers, primes, militaries, and depots are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Avionics and/or Aerospace systems.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Management and/or Program Management.
• Minimum 5 years of experience directly leading people.
• U.S. Citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global Military Services business, delivering Orders, Revenue, Operating Margin, and Cash to budget and forecast.
• Create strong operating cadences that enable rapid issue resolution and decisions.
• Grow the global Avionics military aftermarket portfolio via pipeline development, pricing, and deal economics.
• Own key customer relationships across airframers, primes, militaries, and depots.
• Coach and develop a global team of ~20 for operational excellence and accountability.
