Amgen is seeking a Senior Manager - GEO Strategy & Operations, RDBU & Global. The role orchestrates GEO strategy and activation across RDBU and Global brands, translating priorities into coordinated actions with brands, functions, and partners.

You will lead GEO reviews, translate GEO findings into marketing actions, and ensure alignment across global, regional, and affiliate teams. A strategic, analytical leader with strong cross-functional influence is desired.

Qualificações

• Doctorate degree and 2 years of Marketing, Digital Strategy, Commercial Operations, Decision Sciences, or related experience.
• OR Master’s degree and 4 years of Marketing, Digital Strategy, Commercial Operations, Decision Sciences, or related experience
• OR Bachelor’s degree and 6 years of Marketing, Digital Strategy, Commercial Operations, Decision Sciences, or related experience

Responsabilidades

• Translate enterprise GEO strategy into clear priorities for RDBU and Global brands and align stakeholders around opportunities.
• Identify opportunities in GEO platforms and translate findings into actions across marketing, content, and digital experiences.
• Lead cross-functional GEO reviews and ensure follow-through across global, regional, and affiliate teams.
• Coordinate GEO work across platforms, agencies, and partners; monitor quality and timelines.
