Amgen is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead complex medical strategy projects across global teams. You will oversee planning, execution, and cross-functional alignment with Medical Affairs, Finance, and other partners to ensure timely delivery of medical plans and insights.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or Master or Bachelor with required PM experience.
• PM experience in a complex, global, regulated environment.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to lead global initiatives with stakeholder influence.
• Comfort with ambiguous environments and driving structure.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and manage complex projects from planning to closure.
• Drive Medical Plan development and cross-functional alignment.
• Partner cross-functionally with Asset Lead and Medical teams.
• Monitor progress, timelines, risks, and resource needs.
• Apply emerging technologies to improve planning and reporting.
