Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead complex medical strategy programs across global and local teams. You will manage the full project lifecycle, coordinate with Medical Affairs, and ensure deliverables such as medical plans, insights, budgets, and milestones are met.

You will collaborate with Asset Lead and cross-functional partners worldwide, overseen by Pacific Time overlap, with flexible work models and competitive rewards.

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree and 2 years of Project Management experience
• Master's degree and 4 years of Project Management experience
• Bachelor's degree and 6 years of Project Management experience
• Associate's degree and 10 years of Project Management experience
• High school diploma / GED and 12 years of Project Management experience

Responsibilities

• Manage complex projects or programs through full lifecycle from planning to closure.
• Coordinate with Medical Affairs Leads and global/local teams for strategy.
• Drive the Medical Plan process and align global and local leads.
• Identify milestones, risks, and dependencies; communicate progress to leadership.
• Support resource, financial, and capacity planning with cross-functional partners.
