Amgen Inc. is seeking a Data Management Senior Manager to lead the RDBU patient data strategy and operations.

The role oversees onboarding, integration, governance, and data quality, coordinating with global teams and external partners to ensure reliable reporting and analytics. You will drive data standardization, documentation, and strategic collaborations across Specialty Pharmacy, Sites of Care, hub, copay, and patient-support data to enable trusted insights for patient outcomes and business

Formación

• Doctorate or equivalent with relevant data management/analytics experience.
• Advanced analytics and reporting skills with cross-functional exposure.
• Experience translating business needs into data requirements and governance.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end RDBU patient data management workstreams.
• Onboard, integrate, and validate data sources and vendor deliverables.
• Govern data quality, documentation, and data lineage across platforms.
• Coordinate cross-functional data transitions and dashboards for reporting.
