Job summary

Accenture in New York is seeking a Global Capability Center Strategy & Design Lead to shape integrated operating models and drive GCC design and setup. You will provide cross‑functional expertise across client opportunities, responding to demand while delivering scalable, business‑aligned solutions.

You’ll collaborate with solution teams and stakeholders to assess current landscapes, design future‑state service delivery, and standardize processes for enterprise-wide efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in GCC strategy, operations, transformation, or design across multiple functions.
• Experience in Global Capability Centers (GCCs), GBS, or shared services.
• Experience in 2+ enterprise functions (e.g., Finance, HR, Procurement, Supply Chain).
• At least 1 year leveraging AI-enabled platforms, digital tools, automation, and data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Shape integrated multi-function operating models for GCC design and setup.
• Assess landscape, design future-state service delivery aligned with target operating model.
• Drive process standardization, operational excellence, service integration, scalable delivery.
• Contribute to enterprise transformation programs at HQ for efficiency and value creation.
• Travel up to 50%.
