Job summary

Accenture is recruiting a Global Capability Center Strategy & Design Lead to shape integrated multi-function operating models for GCC design and setup. You will provide cross-functional expertise across client opportunities, responding to market demand while driving scalable, business-aligned solutions.

The role requires 5+ years in GCC/GBS strategy, 2+ years in GCCs or related initiatives, and experience in Finance, HR, Procurement, or Supply Chain. Travel up to 50% is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with GCC strategy and design.
• 2+ years supporting GCC strategy, operations, or transformation.
• Experience in 2+ enterprise functions (Finance, HR, Procurement, etc.).
• Minimum 1 year using AI-enabled platforms and data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Shape integrated multi-function operating models for GCC design and setup.
• Provide cross-functional expertise across client opportunities and market demand.
• Drive standardization, service integration, and scalable delivery across enterprise functions.
