Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Global Capability Center Strategy & Design Lead to shape integrated operating models for GCC design and setup. You will provide cross-functional expertise across client opportunities, respond to market demand, and drive scalable solutions at headquarters.

The role requires experience in GCCs/GBS, multi-function service delivery, and leveraging AI-enabled platforms to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with at least 2 years supporting Global Capability Center strategy, operations, transformation, or organizational initiatives including strategy, setup, and design for multiple functions.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Global Capability Centers (GCCs), Global Business Services (GBS), shared services, operating model transformation, or related strategic initiatives.
• Experience in 2+ enterprise functions such as Finance & Accounting, Human Resources, Procurement, Supply Chain, or other business support functions.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience leveraging AI-enabled platforms, digital tools, automation technologies, and data-driven insights to improve business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Support client origination, sales, and the delivery of GCC setup engagements at headquarters, with deep expertise across shared services functions.
• Design future-state multi-function service delivery models and align with target operating models and business objectives.
• Drive process standardization, operational excellence, service integration, and scalable delivery across enterprise functions.
• Contribute to enterprise transformation programs with impact at HQ and enable enterprise-wide efficiency and value creation.
