Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Global Capability Center Strategy & Design Lead to shape integrated operating models and support GCC design and setup. You will drive cross-functional expertise across client opportunities, standardize processes and enable scalable delivery while traveling up to 50% to client sites and HQ.

You will bring 5+ years in GCC strategy/ops, 2+ years in GCCs/GBS, and experience across multiple enterprise functions with emerging AI and automation insights.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience with 2+ years supporting GCC strategy, operations, transformation or design.
• 2+ years in GCCs, GBS, or shared services.
• Experience in 2+ enterprise functions (Finance, HR, Procurement, etc.).
• 1+ year using AI-enabled platforms, automation tech and data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Shape integrated multi-function operating models for GCC design and setup.
• Support origination, sales and delivery of GCC engagements across shared services.
• Design future-state service delivery models aligned to target operating models.
• Drive process standardization, operational excellence and scalable delivery.
• Travel up to 50% to client sites and HQ as needed.
