Qualifications

• 5+ years in GCC strategy, operations, or org initiatives across multiple functions.
• 2+ years in Global Capability Centers, GBS, or shared services.
• Experience in 2+ enterprise functions (Finance, HR, Procure, etc.).
• At least 1 year using AI-enabled platforms and automation to drive outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Shape integrated multi-function operating models for GCC design and setup.
• Assess current landscape, design future-state service delivery models.
• Drive process standardization and cross-functional delivery across enterprise functions.
• Support enterprise transformation programs at HQ, enabling broader efficiency and value.
• Travel up to 50%.
